We’d love to bring your vision to life! Every custom and personalized piece is made with extra care just for you. That’s why these orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

If that ever happens, don’t worry—we’ll make it right. 💌 Just reach out to us with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send you a free replacement.

📦 Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel happy with your purchase! However, because our products are made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Misprinted

If you run into any of these problems, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we review the photos you provide, we’ll quickly arrange a replacement. 🌿

We know mistakes can happen! If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After that time, your order may already be in production, and we won’t be able to adjust:
